Zach Dillman

Business Development Manager

Zach likes to start his bios with a short line.

Then he lists some personal facts. Usually five. He uses these facts to convey something interesting about himself and tries to balance it with something self-deprecating.

For example, Zach is the Business Development guy at Idea, a husband to his beautiful wife, a father of two incredible little boys, a fan of the Chicago Cubs and has many hobbies, but is tragically average at all but two of them.

Finally, he likes to tie it all together with a funny quote.

The key to being a good manager is keeping the people who hate you away from those who are still undecided.
