Part Time Bookkeeper / Office Admin

Idea Marketing Group is looking for a part-time bookkeeper to help with managing company financials including payroll and invoicing. Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a bookkeeper/accounting position with solid knowledge of QuickBooks Online. Experience with a family owned company is preferred. Ideally looking for 16-20 hours a week.

  • Payroll
  • Invoicing
  • Collecting Payments
  • Reconciliation
  • Account Receivable & Payable
  • Oversee and Updates with Benefits
  • Monitor Company Purchases
  • Financial Reporting
  • Answering Phone Calls & Emails


  • 4+ years of experience with QBO
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellence in time and task management, attention to detail, and overall organization
  • Self-motivated and driven; able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience with financial planning and budgeting
