Idea employs talented individuals who are highly creative, out-going, responsible, willing to go that extra mile, oh and you must have a personality. We are a small group who plans on staying small, this means we want the cream of the crop and those who are capable of wearing many hats.
Our workstations are fully loaded, large widescreen displays with Creative Suite 5 and Windows 7. We are located right in Downtown Oswego within walking distance to restaurants, a park on the Fox River to get away for a break, and a short drive to many more restaurants and shopping.
Additionally, we are always on the look out for students eager to learn through internships as well as to expand our network of freelance individuals. Not to mention we work a 35 hour work week so Fridays are always half-days for a longer, more relaxing weekend.
